Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas or sales), please allow an additional 2 business days for dispatch.

2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)
We use NZ Post (Courier) for all domestic deliveries to ensure your jewellery is tracked and secure.
  • Standard Shipping: $7.50 – $10.00 flat rate (2–5 working days).
  • Rural Delivery: $12.00 flat rate (Allow an extra 1–2 days).
  • Free Shipping: On all NZ orders over $50.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
  • Flat rate Standard: $70 flat rate (7–30 working days).
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local fees incurred in the destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number

5. Packaging & Security
To prevent theft and damage, your jewellery is packed in discreet, unbranded outer packaging.
  • Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue or a pouch to prevent scratching..

6. Missing or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we are responsible for your order until it reaches you.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours before contacting us.
